More about Christian hope
Christianity is based on three principles: faith, hope and love. However nowadays, while faith and love get quite a lot of interest and indeed a lot of sermons, hope seems to be the weakest of the three. Indeed often we see hopelessness an1Cd despair all around us today, where life for many people seems to be meaningless. Music, literature and films in our post-modern 'pick-n-mix' society often encourage this lack of hope for the future.
There is an anonymous saying that “Life without Christ is a hopeless end, but life with Christ is an endless hope.”
