Exploring your worries in more depth

The 8th May 'Follow up Thought' looked at counteracting ways of worrying. It suggested you looked at the following passages:

  1. Philippians Chapter 4.6-7
  2. Isaiah Chapter 41.10
  3. 1 Peter Chapter 5.7

then to write out all the things that were worrying you, to ask God's blessing on them and that His will be done, before putting them away and continue praying about your concerns.

TODAY: If you did this, look up what was worrying you at the time and presuming you kept praying, see if things have changed at all. Then make a new list of concerns.

If you didn't do the work on the 8th May, then you might like to do it now.
