There appears to be two or three writers (or perhaps editors) of the early chapters in Genesis. There are differences between the early chapters, for example:
Compare comments about work in Genesis Chapter 2.15 and Genesis Chapter 3.17-19. Work is expected to be done, or work has to be done because Adam sinned - see the differences.
Notice other differences between the two accounts of Creation, in Genesis Chapter 1.2 - Chapter 2.4a* and Genesis Chapter 2.4b* - end.
* (a} means the first half of the verse, (b) means second half of the verse.
